Seattle Intelligence Labs Inc. wants Morning to feel fair.
14-day refund
If you purchased Morning and it is not for you, email support@askmorning.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No troubleshooting maze required for a first refund on that purchase.
How to request
Include your order email / Stripe receipt or license id. We will revoke the license key and refund via Stripe to the original payment method.
After 14 days
Refunds are discretionary (e.g. severe bug we cannot fix). Chargebacks may result in license revocation.
Trials
The free trial is the way to evaluate Morning before buying. We do not refund solely because you did not try the trial.
